Drying & Dehumidification

We monitor progress to ensure walls, floors, and framing are dried to safe, industry-standard levels — preventing future mold growth.

Demolition & Final Clearance Testing
If building materials are too damaged or contaminated, we perform selective demolition under proper containment. All debris is removed which all work follows strict IICRC protocols.
Once remediation is complete, we coordinate clearance testing with a third party certified tester to confirm your home or business is safe and ready for rebuild.
